Welcome to GynoDoctorXXX.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the GynoDoctorXXX website and any related features, services, communications, accounts or materials made available through the website.
GynoDoctorXXX is operated by Pinkdist. Throughout these Terms, “GynoDoctorXXX,” “Pinkdist,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Adults Only
GynoDoctorXXX is intended exclusively for persons who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the age legally required to view adult-oriented material in their jurisdiction, whichever age is higher.
By entering or using this website, you represent and warrant that:
- you meet the applicable age requirement;
- you are legally permitted to view adult-oriented material where you are located; and
- accessing this website does not violate any law applicable to you.

2. No Distribution to Minors or Ineligible Persons

Nothing in this section authorizes Pinkdist to monitor private communications except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Nature of the Content
GynoDoctorXXX contains adult-oriented entertainment involving medical, examination, clinical and related fetish themes.
The material presented on this website is created for entertainment and performance purposes.
Nothing on GynoDoctorXXX constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, health-care instruction or a recommendation that any viewer perform or undergo a particular procedure.
A character, performer, role name, costume, setting or scenario that resembles a doctor, nurse, clinic, examination room or other health-care context should not be interpreted as establishing a physician-patient or other professional health-care relationship.
If you require medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, consult an appropriately qualified health-care professional.
4. Future Member Services
The current public version of GynoDoctorXXX does not require a member account or login.
If Pinkdist later introduces member accounts, paid memberships or restricted areas, additional terms may apply. Any future account system must not be used to provide access to a minor or another person who is not legally permitted to view the material.
5. Mailing List and Communications
Joining the Pinkdist or GynoDoctorXXX mailing list is voluntary.
You are not required to subscribe to promotional email merely to enter or view ordinary publicly available portions of the website.
Where you expressly subscribe to promotional communications, we may send you news, production information, announcements and related communications.
Promotional communications will provide a means of unsubscribing as required by applicable law.
You may withdraw your consent to receive promotional communications at any time.
Any future membership or account registration will remain separate from consent to receive marketing email unless you separately agree to receive it.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, including photographs, video, audio, graphics, text, logos, designs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Pinkdist and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Access to the website gives you permission to view material for your own lawful personal use. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
Except where expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
- reproduce or republish website content;
- copy or distribute protected photographs, audio or video;
- sell, sublicense or commercially exploit website content;
- redistribute downloaded content to another person;
- remove copyright, watermark or ownership notices;
- create unauthorized derivative works;
- scrape or systematically copy the website;
- use automated systems to build a collection or database from our content;
- defeat technological measures intended to control access or copying; or
- use our content to train, develop or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written authorization.
7. Prohibited Uses
You must not use GynoDoctorXXX:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to distribute malware or harmful code;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, databases or restricted material;
- to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or exploit another person;
- to identify, locate or disclose private information concerning a performer or other individual;
- to misrepresent yourself as Pinkdist, GynoDoctorXXX, a performer or another person;
- to facilitate exploitation, coercion, trafficking, abuse or unlawful activity;
- in connection with material involving minors;
- to circumvent age restrictions, authentication systems or security controls; or
- in any manner that infringes another person's privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.
8. Performer Privacy
Respect for performers is a condition of using this website.
Information about a performer that is not intentionally published by Pinkdist or by the performer for public use must not be sought, collected, disclosed, published or used to harass, contact or locate that individual.
Stage names should not be treated as invitations to discover or publish a performer's legal identity, residential address, private telephone number, private email address, family information, employment information, private social-media accounts or other non-public identifying information.
Users must not engage in doxxing, stalking or other attempts to defeat a performer's reasonable expectation of privacy.
9. Model Applications and Collaborations
From time to time, Pinkdist may invite applications or inquiries from prospective models, performers or collaborators.
Submitting an application or inquiry:
- does not guarantee an interview, engagement or paid collaboration;
- does not create an employment relationship;
- does not constitute consent to nudity, recording, publication or any particular activity;
- does not constitute a release of image, likeness or performance rights; and
- does not replace any separate consent, release, production or collaboration agreement that may be required.
Additional terms, identification procedures, age verification, consent documents and releases may apply to interviews and productions.
Consent to one activity does not imply consent to another activity.
10. Custodian of Records
Information concerning the custodian of records maintained in connection with any applicable performer age, identity or recordkeeping requirements may be obtained by contacting:

It should not be interpreted as a representation that any particular statute or recordkeeping regime necessarily applies to every item of content appearing on the website.
11. Privacy
Our collection, use, retention, protection and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Notice, which should be read together with these Terms.
Pinkdist does not sell personal information.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, payment services, hosting providers or other services.
Those services are operated independently from Pinkdist. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms or privacy practices.
Use of a third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies.
The presence of a link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of the third party or its content.
13. Availability and Changes to the Website
We may change, update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.
Maintenance, hosting failures, network problems, security incidents, legal requirements and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GynoDoctorXXX and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Pinkdist does not warrant that the website will operate without interruption, every item of information will be complete, current or error-free, the website will be compatible with every device or browser, access will always be available, defects will always be corrected immediately, or third-party services linked from the website will operate securely or reliably.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinkdist and its owners, officers, personnel, contractors, representatives and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users assume responsibility for determining whether their access to and use of the website is lawful and appropriate in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a person to waive a statutory or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Pinkdist and its owners, officers, personnel, contractors, representatives and affiliates harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from:
- your unlawful use of the website;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- your unauthorized redistribution of website content; or
- your knowing provision of adult-oriented content to a minor or other legally ineligible person.
This provision does not require indemnification where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
17. Suspension and Termination
Pinkdist may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website or an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, an account has been compromised, access is being used fraudulently or unlawfully, website security is threatened, another person's rights or safety are at risk, or suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with law or a lawful order.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of suspension or termination.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, limitations of liability and dispute-resolution provisions.
18. Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Arbitration
Pinkdist encourages the reasonable and good-faith resolution of disputes without unnecessary litigation.
Informal Resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings concerning a dispute arising from the website or these Terms, the parties are encouraged, where reasonable in the circumstances, to make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute directly.

Nothing in this subsection requires a person to delay urgent legal or protective action.
Mediation
Except where prohibited by applicable law or where a party has a statutory or other right that cannot lawfully be restricted, a dispute that cannot be resolved informally should first be submitted to good-faith mediation.
Mediation may occur in Ontario, Canada; remotely by videoconference or another agreed method; or at another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, each party will bear its own expenses associated with mediation, and the parties will share the mediator's reasonable fees equally, subject to any applicable law requiring another allocation.
A mediation becomes binding only to the extent the parties enter into a valid settlement agreement.
Arbitration
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada before a single neutral arbitrator.
Where practicable, arbitration may be conducted remotely if that reasonably reduces expense and inconvenience.
The arbitration shall be conducted under the applicable laws of Ontario and any arbitration rules validly agreed upon by the parties.
The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law and within the arbitrator's lawful jurisdiction.
An arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties to the extent provided by applicable law and may be recognized or enforced by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Rights That Cannot Be Waived
Nothing in these Terms waives, restricts or eliminates any substantive or procedural right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where applicable consumer-protection legislation or another law gives a user a right to commence or participate in court proceedings notwithstanding an arbitration provision, that right is preserved.
Nothing in these Terms prevents the parties, after a dispute has arisen, from mutually agreeing to mediation, arbitration or another lawful dispute-resolution procedure.
Urgent Court Relief
Nothing in this section prevents Pinkdist or a user from seeking urgent, interim, injunctive or protective relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to address matters such as imminent personal harm, unlawful disclosure of private information, unauthorized distribution of protected content, infringement of intellectual-property rights, compromise of personal information, stalking or harassment, unlawful access to computer systems, interference with website security, or other circumstances in which waiting for mediation or arbitration could cause serious or irreparable harm.
Where Arbitration Cannot Lawfully Be Required
If applicable law provides that a particular dispute cannot be made subject to mandatory arbitration, the arbitration requirement will not apply to that dispute.
The remaining portions of this section will continue to operate to the greatest extent permitted by law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where a dispute is not resolved through mediation or arbitration and is properly before a court, then, subject to any jurisdictional or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, the dispute shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
Nothing in this section deprives a person of a jurisdictional right that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when the website, our services, technology, business practices or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page together with its most recent revision date.
Where reasonably appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other means.
Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. If that is not possible, the affected provision shall be severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. No Waiver
A failure by Pinkdist to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it on another occasion.
Any waiver must be made expressly and, where appropriate, in writing.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular service or feature, constitute the agreement governing ordinary use of GynoDoctorXXX.
Separate contracts, releases, consent agreements or production agreements entered into with models, performers, contractors or collaborators remain governed by their own terms.
