Pinkdist respects your privacy.
This Privacy Notice explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored and disclosed when you visit GynoDoctorXXX, communicate with us, join our mailing list, create an account or submit an inquiry or application.

The information collected depends upon how you use the website.
Information You Provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including your email address; your name or chosen display name; account-registration information; messages sent through a contact form; newsletter preferences; communications you send to us; and information included in a model or collaboration application.
You are not required to provide personal information merely to view ordinary publicly available portions of the website, except for any age or entry acknowledgement required for access.
Member Accounts
The current static version of GynoDoctorXXX does not operate a member-account database. If account or membership features are introduced later, this Privacy Notice will be updated before those features are put into use.
Model and Collaboration Applications
Prospective models or collaborators may voluntarily provide additional information during an application or interview process.
Because some of this information may be sensitive, Pinkdist intends to limit collection to information reasonably necessary for legitimate production, eligibility, safety, consent, contractual and legal purposes.
Information supplied for a model application will not be added to a promotional mailing list merely because the person submitted an application.
Separate agreements or privacy disclosures may apply where sensitive information, identification documents, releases or production records are required.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our server or service providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the website, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of access, pages requested, referring website or link, approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, and security and diagnostic information.
We may use this information to operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.

GynoDoctorXXX may use cookies or similar technologies for legitimate website functions.

We do not make consent to promotional email a condition of ordinary access to publicly available website material.
6. Form Delivery by Email
On this static version of GynoDoctorXXX, mailing-list signups and initial model inquiries are not stored in a Pinkdist website database. They are transmitted through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service, so that the submission can be forwarded to information@pinkdist.com by email.
According to FormSubmit's published documentation, it may retain form submissions for up to 30 days in connection with delivery and its submission archive. Pinkdist does not use that service as its own database and does not sell, rent or trade the information submitted through the forms.
If you prefer not to use the website form, you may contact us directly at information@pinkdist.com.
Because a third-party relay is involved, the model inquiry form is intentionally limited to basic contact and introductory information. Do not submit government identification, detailed health information or other highly sensitive records through the public form.
7. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to provide and operate the website; remember website preferences; respond to inquiries; send communications requested or authorized by you; process model or collaboration applications; maintain website and account security; prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access; investigate technical problems; maintain appropriate business and legal records; comply with lawful obligations; and protect the rights, safety and property of Pinkdist, our performers, our users and others.
We will not use sensitive information collected for one purpose for an unrelated purpose without appropriate consent unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
8. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Pinkdist does not sell personal information.
We do not rent or trade mailing lists or personal information to data brokers, advertisers or unrelated businesses.
We do not provide a person's email address to another organization so that the other organization can market its products or services to that person without appropriate consent.
9. When Information May Be Shared
We may provide limited information to companies or individuals that perform services on our behalf when reasonably necessary to operate the website.
Examples may include website hosting, the FormSubmit.co form-delivery relay, email delivery, security services, backup services, technical support and professional advisers.
Such providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their function and are expected to protect that information appropriately.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a lawful court order, warrant or other legal obligation; investigate fraud or unlawful activity; protect a person's safety; establish, exercise or defend legal rights; or as part of a legitimate corporate restructuring, merger or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not treat disclosure to a service provider acting on our behalf as a sale of personal information.
10. International Service Providers
Some hosting, email, security or technical service providers may operate outside Canada.
Where personal information is processed in another country, it may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction.

No website, email system, network or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.
Sensitive model, identity, consent or production information should receive protections appropriate to its greater sensitivity and should not be made publicly accessible through the website.

You may contact us to ask whether we hold personal information about you and, subject to applicable legal limitations, request access to or correction of that information.
We may need to verify your identity before granting access to personal information.

GynoDoctorXXX is intended solely for adults who meet the applicable age requirements described in our Terms of Service.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from minors through this website.
